A record number for Türkiye's exports in 2023

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan revealed that Turkey's exports in 2023 will set a record in the history of the Republic, rising by 0.6 percent compared to the previous year and reaching $255 billion and 809 million.

This came in a speech delivered by Erdogan, during his participation in the program to announce export figures for the year 2023, where he affirmed, “We have achieved the goal of the medium-term economic program to raise exports to 255 billion dollars in 2023,” noting that “the average monthly export revenues currently amount to 21.3 billion.” $, after it was $3 billion in 2002.

He stressed the determination to raise Turkey's exports of goods and services to more than $375 billion in 2024, stressing that his country possesses the necessary capabilities to achieve this success.
