Ajlan bin Abdulaziz Al Ajlan was born in the city of Riyadh and received his basic education in Riyadh. He is the eldest son of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Ajlan Al Ajlan. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and has taken many specialized courses in the field of business.

In 2018, he chaired Al Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and in February 2020 he chaired the Board of Directors of the Federation of Saudi Chambers, and in March 2020 he became the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Chambers of the Gulf Cooperation Council, which is headquartered in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
