Al Mazrouei Discusses Strengthening Economic Cooperation with the Sultanate of Oman

The President of the Union of Arab Chambers, President of the Federation of UAE Chambers, Abdullah Muhammad Al Mazrouei, met at the Chamber Tower headquarters, the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman Ahmed bin Hilal Bin Saud Al Busaidi.

During the meeting, Al Mazrouei stressed the depth of the strong brotherly relations between the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman, which during the past decades witnessed rapid growth in various fields. This is based on historical constants and common visions that are becoming more firmly rooted with the support and care of the leaderships of the two brotherly countries. He pointed out that this visit would push for more economic and commercial cooperation relations between the business sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Sultanate of Oman. He stressed the readiness to provide all forms of support and contribution to the development of investment partnerships and to raise the rates of intra-regional trade on both sides. Noting the importance of working to redouble efforts to familiarize Emirati and Omani businessmen and investors with the available investment opportunities that achieve common interests.

In turn, Al Busaidi stressed that the visit comes within the fraternal and strategic relations between the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman, and to explore opportunities for joint commercial cooperation in the business environment in Abu Dhabi and Oman, and expanding the horizons of partnership at all levels of trade and investment in the public and private sectors, especially in the sectors of industry, advanced technology, infrastructure and others.
