Bank credit granted to the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia continued its increase, recording its highest levels by the end of June 2025, with a total of (3,186,271) million riyals, achieving annual growth of (15.8%), and an increase exceeding (434,429) million riyals compared to the same period in 2024, during which it stood at (2,751,842) million riyals.
The monthly statistical bulletin issued by the Saudi Central Bank for June 2025 showed growth in total bank credit by the end of the second quarter of 2025 by (2.7%), an increase of (84,310) million riyals compared to the first quarter of the same year, when it reached (3,101,961) million riyals. It also recorded monthly growth of (0.6%), an increase of (18,713) million riyals compared to May, when bank credit reached (3,167,558) million riyals.
