The Secretary-General of the Union of Arab Chambers, Dr. Khaled Hanafy, participated in the celebration organized by Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of its founding, which was under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, and the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, Sheikh Saeed bin Suroor Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in addition to a number of directors and officials in Fujairah, and representatives of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
The Crown Prince of Fujairah honored the Secretary-General of the Union of Arab Chambers, Dr. Khaled Hanafi, where he was awarded a shield of appreciation, in addition to honoring a number of strategic partners of the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry from government institutions and private sector companies whose contributions had a major role in implementing the Chamber's initiatives and projects. His Highness also honored the successive chairmen and members of the board of directors and the directors of the chamber during the previous 14 sessions.
The Crown Prince of Fujairah emphasized the pivotal role played by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in developing the business sector and supporting economic growth, pointing to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, to enable competitive elements of the business environment and attract global investments, which contributes to achieving the country’s economic vision and supports its comprehensive development process.
