Morocco’s Ministry of Tourism announced that the number of foreign tourists visiting the country between January and September 2025 reached about 15 million — a new record. According to the ministry, this figure represents a 14 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024.
This record confirms the continuation of positive momentum since the start of 2025, supported by enhanced air connectivity, targeted promotional campaigns, and continuous improvement of the tourism experience.
Tourism Minister Fatima Zahra Ammor stated that welcoming 15 million tourists “reflects the success of the adopted strategy,” without providing further details on its components.
