The combined wealth of the world’s richest individuals has surpassed 2.5 trillion dollars for the first time, marking an increase of over half a trillion dollars since the start of 2025, as tech-related stocks continue to soar to new heights.
According to data from Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index, the total wealth of the top ten billionaires rose by 23 billion dollars, reaching 2.504 trillion dollars.
The increase amounts to 546 billion dollars since the beginning of 2025 and roughly 400 billion dollars since early September.
